Our reputation is extremely important to us and in our 11th year in business, especially during these difficult times, it has clearly paid off.
We receive a lot of positive feedback, as seen on our testomnial pages, however once in awhile, we receive some negative feedback. Less than 1% of our 3000 clients sold are dissatisfied. Less than 1%, which is really a good job, selling 50 year old cars!
We strive to contact all of our unsatisfied customers and have reached an amicable solution with almost all of the negative press we may have received.
Many of them posted reports before contacting us. If you are not happy with your purchase and feel taken advantage of, please give us the opportunity to make you happy first.
